Thanks again for an easy and efficient oil change and minor things (like changing the brake bulbs, etc.). I especially appreciated the estimates on the repairs suggested for future visits - it gave me an idea what to expect and how I could plan for them. That means alot to a senior living on a fixed income.

Here is my truthful feedback. I was really happy with the speed at which you were able to turn the work around. Thank you! I was not happy with the bottom line . I have had two other wheel bearing replaced on this truck within the last three years and they were both less than three hundred and seventy dollars for parts and labor. Charging me $71 to discover the problem is unfair, I stated what I wanted up front, replace the front right wheel bearing. I knew the problem twice over when I came in . Keep me happy as a repeat new customer. Credit me $71 refund for this oversight.. K-Tech did an outstanding job servicing my vehicle. They kept me in the loop regarding the repair process, and promptly ordered parts that were needed to complete the repair. I was provided with a loaner vehicle, and treated like a friend instead of just a customer. The repair was done professionally- and 1,000 miles later my brakes stop better than ever. One of my better experiences at K-tech. Monica made the check in process quick and easy. She also told me about a special on a brake check, which I needed. Good communication and good service. My experience checking in and out with Monica was much better than previous front desk staff.
