I really like K-Tech. They are smart, responsive and personable. I had two things that needed to be done -- one urged and one not so urgent. They took care of both things so fast it was amazing. But when they quoted me the estimate, it was in two parts. Somehow I misunderstood and thought it was going to be TWICE what I ended up paying. Needless to say with such fast and great service and it was about HALF of what I thought I was going to have to pay -- I was beyond thrilled. Furthermore, at my last tuneup they told me, "We just can't find anything at all that needs to be done on your car." How often do you hear THAT? -- rp
This was the second time I have taken my car to KTech and again I am quite satisfied with the service. I find them to be friendly and efficient. I was very grateful to get same day service with just a few hours notice. I appreciate having another Mercedes choice in Sebastopol.
K-Tech did a great job checking the two vehicles I was considering purchasing. They found the first one to have many problems. Surprisingly, this was from a dealership. Bottom line, the vehicle wasn't really safe to drive. The second vehicle, a Volvo S-70, checked out and that's the one I purchased. Having them there saved me a lot of future aggravation and problems,and money. Thank you K-Tech!
It's such a comfort to have K-Tech right here 1/2 mile from my home! Everyone at K-Tech takes personal pride in their work, and they take personal care of their customers! Kate has done a great job attracting and motivating employees who really care about the vehicles they service and the people who own them... she always gets my business and my recommendation!
Everything was written on a computer printout detailing the diagnosis and recommended actions. I liked that feature a lot. The only negative was that the completed job cost was more than double the estimated quote, but still well worth the price. Thanks!
My first visit was terrific. K-Tech kept me informed as to the diagnosis and when repairs would be completed. They were spot on with the cost of repairs and the automobile is running great.

Thank you all very much. Work seems great works perfect. my only comment would be the check in the check out time was a bit long. perhaps you could have a waiting area where the customer could fill in the infor for the work orders?
