In my opinion KTech deserves a 10. Customer service was excellent and I appreciated the updates provided. As a woman automotive questions and repairs have not been so great. You provided details in terms that I could understand. Thank you and KTech definitely will be on my recommend list.
I’m very happy with the work done on my 2003 Rav 4. I trust K-Tech to keep it in top running order. A real nice surprise to find the car was even washed and detailed when I picked it up. Love it 👍🏼

Every time I’ve brought my car to them they’ve been clear about what it needs, the cost, supplied a loaner if needed (w/ advance arrangement) and always friendly and hospitable. I highly recommend them. Since I moved into the area they have been the best.

Not only did they squeeze me in, they gave me a loaner car so I could get my shopping done as well. In addition they inspected the vehicle after the service and pointed out some additional maintenance issues to be addressed. I believe they also washed the car as well. Definitely 5 star service.
Seemed a bit on the expensive side for the repair. Parts only added up to $200, but labor was over 2K for only a day worth of work. I had already diagnosed the problem, but was still charged over $200 for the diagnostic fee. Was hoping it could have worked out, but decided to move on. Ladies at the desk are very nice, that's why I gave three stars.
