I had an issue with my t1n 2006 sprinter. Sometimes hard to find shops that will work on this vehicle K-Tech gave me an appointment a few days out. I took the rig in and the issue was I had earlier put a new hose on the turbo to intercooler part of the turbo system. My mistake. I did not get the hose clamp on correctly and the hose was still leaking. Something not apparent to me but they discovered the issue very quickly. Asked me to come in and test drive it. It was back up and runing just great. The very large cherry on top. These guys did not even want any payment for getting my vehicle back on the road because it was a simple fix. Obviously I needed to give them. a tip. Can't say enough about these honest and not greedy mechanics and will definitely return if I have another issue.

Was able to schedule an appointment for an oil change/maintenance quickly (got in within a few days). Communication at drop off, while my car was being worked on, and at pick up was clear and kind - I felt informed throughout the experience and well taken care of! They did a comprehensive check of my car and even cleaned up the cab of my truck (a very pleasant surprise!!) The price was reasonable and I left very happy with the service. I'll definitely be back for future maintenance
