K-Tech was responsive to my request for appointment on the spur of the moment. The agreed upon services were performed at a reasonable price, and my car was ready when they said it would be. I am very satisfied all around and will continue to refer my friends and colleagues to K-Tech.

I was shocked when told that the head gasket on my auto was leaking, and that a proper repair would cost thousands of dollars. But Monica's sensitive response to my reaction, and my own research on the web about this common issue for my make of vehicle, led to a professional result that I am pleased with. It is always hard to part with thousands of dollars unexpectedly, but the whole K-Tech staff were friendly, and provided excellent service, and I do not hesitate to recommend them, for their professionalism on this occasion, as for my years-long previous relationship.

After my regular repair shop closed thier business, I gave K-tech a call and had my car repaired the same day.! They are very friendly and did a great job. I will defiantly continue to take my vehicle here!

I just swung by K Tech the other day with a check engine light on. Monica came out and handled it herself after I told her that I was driving down to the city later that day. She ran a quick diagnostic, and adjusted my gas cap! That was ALL it was, and I got peace of mind heading to San Francisco. She also book an appt for me incase that didn't resolve the issue. I called to cancel that appt, because she was correct in what she did. I love K Tech, and recommend it to people all the time.
