All around awesome!! I will definitely be going back! The staff is very friendly and very helpful. My car was finished in a day. They actually care about you as a person and don't try to rip you off. They are the best mechanic I've been to and I'm very happy I found them!

The experienced technicians took care of a serious problem in my Honda CRV recently. My car often would not start after driving for 30 minutes and then stoping for 5-10 min. Then, if it started, the engine would die a mile down the road without warning. I changed my battery and air filter to no avail. I had heard that K-Tech was the best at diagnosing problems. I dropped my car off at 8 am and appreciated the helpful office staff. Since this is my primary transportation I was nervous about them fixing it ASAP. I called at 10 am and asked what they had found. They had isolated the problem as a fuel injector relay andhad ordered one. Delivery of the part wasnt until 2 pm. I called at 2:30 and they wer out test driving my car. Excellent!!! When I picked it up the bill was as predicted. I test drove my car to try and reproduce the problem. It ran flawlessly!! In fact the car runs better overall now. I highly recommend KTech for those tough problems.

I had a great first time experience with K-Tech! Excellent customer service. Monica was really friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to find an affordable solution to my car trouble while keeping me updated each step of the way. I also love that there is a 2 year warranty on the part, which gives me peace of mind. Great location off of downtown Sebastopol. Really appreciate that they participate in the GoLocal rewards bucks program and their refer-a-friend program (got to give a free oil change to my friend who sent me to them). I plan to go back next time I need work done. I do wish that they had more loaner cars (they were all out so I didn't get to use one for the few days my car was with them).

Very nice folks. Quick repair, easy to work with, and even threw in a new bulb for my tail light. I will go back next time there is need. Thank you

I had a hard-to-detect oil leak so initially had to get the engine cleaned up and a UV dye put in. I then drove the car for a week And returned. An initial diagnosis and estimate was given. But once they got into the job, an easier fix was found and I saved some money. I also was able to have a loaner car, which really helped. The staff was sincerely friendly and accommodating.

The folks at K-Tech worked with me to get my car in and out within my time frame and they gave me the peace of mind that my Prius is in good shape for a very long trip!

I think the friendliness and efficiency with which I was greeted (a first time customer) speak highly of your organization. Of course, it was the good mechanics and attention to detail that will keep me coming back. Len was truly my hero as he walked me through the anxiety that always seems to accompany car repairs. I was looking for a local mechanic for our vehicles and found K-Tech online. they were professional and kind. Gave me a loaner car and did a great job on our Honda Civic. Explained everything that needed fixing .Even showed me the broken parts they replaced.

A bit pricey, especially the cost of the diagnostic check (scanning for code), but I was in a bind and needed it dealt with immediately which K-Tech did. Len was great and I appreciate him squeezing me in when I showed up unannouced.
