Yesterday was my first experience at K-Tech and I will definitely be back. The staff there were all friendly, and knowledgeable. Monica called me several times throughout the day to update me on my car and determine which services it needed (and didn't need.) I was in and out in a day. The car's running great. The costs were fair, they lent me a courtesy car for the day to get to work, and they even had snacks in the office for their customers. I really appreciate the attention to detail.

Hello. Your service was wonderful, the cost for the oil change was reasonable. I also appreciated you fitting us in on short notice. But the communication between mechanic and receptionist could be better. We only came to you folks because we were told on the phone that you could service our old R-12 air conditioning. We threw in the oil change since we were going to be there anyway. Turns out you don't service that old system. We love our current mechanic, Jason at Pete's Automotive, who referred us to you, so we probably won't be back to you folks, unless he goes out of business. :-) Thanks very much. Brian Purtill

First use of your services. I like the fact that I was able to bring the vehicle in the next day and the work was completed by the afternoon. I liked your approach of tackling the vehicles problem in stages. By first adding an additive to see if that will suffice and if not, perform a more expensive diagnostic evaluation. I have worked with many auto repair facilities over my 67 years and so far you are up there with the best. Friendly, efficient and fair. I will be bringing in my next vehicle within the next two weeks and looking for the same quality service.

There customer service is excellent. They are friendly and they explain things very well. I love the fact they gave me a car while my car was being serviced since it did take a while to repair my car. So far as the repair work it looks like they did a great job. Thank you.

They fit me in for a brake repair in one day and were super friendly, efficient, helpful and came in under the estimate-also done early. I love these guys! Great work-they've repaired all 3 of our cars over time and they are still running strong. Thanks K-Tech, you guys rock!

My Honda starting having problems with its charging system on Sunday, called first thing Monday morning and they where able to get me in, picked it up Monday night everything fixed thanks for the prompt service

I brought my 2004 Chevy Tahoe in for a major tuneup. The car was missing on acceleration and was running poorly. A few hours later the car was ready for pickup and has been running great. Thank you K-Tech.
