Well, I just had my first oil change on my new Honda CRV. I wanted to stay local and loved that KTech is woman owned. I made the appt., then got an email from Honda offering 39.00 for an oil change and tire rotation. I was surprised to find the cost of my oil change and tire rotation at your place to be 130.00. I was told my new car uses synthetic oil which costs more and maybe that's what Honda charges for a Civic or ...whatever. Anyway, I want to use you guys but also will check to see if your prices are close to dealers(they must be less, dealers are a rip!)

I will be back--the best possible review. great customer service, concern, speed. I can only assume the work is as satisfactory since I do not speak "under-the-hood". Marissa and Kate were in touch with me multiple times to make sure I was completely informed and understood what my old truck needed. They even called another shop to facilitate getting work corrected on warranty with that shop. I felt like I could really trust these folks.
