The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They did everything to accommodate me, and made me feel like family. I've used K-Tech twice. The first time with my PT Cruiser that showed a "check engine" light. I couldn't have been happier with the results. The repairs were timely and effective. The car rides as good now as it did when it was new, and fuel economy has increased 6 to 8 miles per gallon. I just brought my 2005 Prius in for its 120,000 mile service and just as before, the service was terrific. The car was ready when they said it would be and it was delivered to my house. They have become my go-to auto repair facility

An immediate impression of Kate at K-Teck is she really knows her stuff. After several visits to her shop, I'm convinced it's in her DNA! She runs a friendly, no-nonsense business with first rate service, repair and maintenance work.

Well, I just had my first oil change on my new Honda CRV. I wanted to stay local and loved that KTech is woman owned. I made the appt., then got an email from Honda offering 39.00 for an oil change and tire rotation. I was surprised to find the cost of my oil change and tire rotation at your place to be 130.00. I was told my new car uses synthetic oil which costs more and maybe that's what Honda charges for a Civic or ...whatever. Anyway, I want to use you guys but also will check to see if your prices are close to dealers(they must be less, dealers are a rip!)

I will be back--the best possible review. great customer service, concern, speed. I can only assume the work is as satisfactory since I do not speak "under-the-hood". I do know my car had a much smoother drive on the way home than it did on the way to the shop. thank you to all and especially to marisa for going the extra mile. liz briskin

Kate Jonasse and her staff are complete professionals. We have been so very happy with the quality of workmanship and courtious service at K-Tech, so much better than the dealer's service center. We are so impressed with K-Tech, we brought our rare 100% electric vehicle in for its maintainance program as well. Thanks Kate!
