Thank you all very much. Work seems great works perfect. my only comment would be the check in the check out time was a bit long. perhaps you could have a waiting area where the customer could fill in the infor for the work orders?

I had an excellent experience at K Tech. My Camry was thoroughly evaluated and options were clearly explained. The team is friendly and professional. I've lived in Sonoma County for along time and looking for a consistently good auto reapair shop. Well, I've found it. They are excellent. And the pricing is very fair. Can't say enough about them.

K-Tech has service my car since the beginning and I'm very happy with their work. They are very conscientious about not saving the customer money, and they do high-quality work.

I went in and had my brake shoes replaced. I had a tech do the majority of the work but he did an honest job. For more serious issues I will have Kate handle it herself. The shop will be moving to the former earth and upheaval shop (which was once a poorly run shop). I suspect that Kate will transform that place into a sebastopol car Mecca. I was happy with the price, I paid about $230 for new shoes (250 at dealer, 325 ish at Benedetti). They adjusted the brakes nicely and used OEM honda parts. What I liked best was that they gave me a nice option of parts to use including OEM. I think you could even bring a part in for them and they would put it in for you. I will be back. Overall 4.5 stars, 5 stars if they would have topped up my tires with a nitrogen option, and did an oil change at great price too ($45, isn't that competitive, so I'll wait for the coupon). It would be cool if they did an all fluids deal (oil, trans, coolant, & brake for a bundle price too!). See ya again! Nice folks-

We have a VW Jetta Wagon TDI (Diesel) and they have been taking care of it for almost a year now. They've been doing great work. No complaints.

Having recently moved to the Sebastopol area I was in real need of a qualified and competent auto repair shop that could work on my Mercedes. I found just that in K-Tech Automotive. What a great group of automotive repair professionals. I would recommend Kate and the other techs at K-Tech Automotive to anyone in need of a service or repair for their car!

These folks have been fantastic to me. I have three very different cars--a Chevy truck, Jetta wagon and Porsche. They have done right by all of them. Also, they pick me up and drop me off when I can't get a ride there (which is almost always!) That's service. It's always nice when "shopping local" also means getting the best.

Kate is really professional and knowledgeable and educates her customers. I completely trust her work.
