Sebastopol Auto Repair

I live in Sebastopol and recently purchased a VW TDI. When the check engine light came on, I called and reserved a appointment at K Tech for diagnostic and repair. They did a great job identifying the problem and fixing it. At all times, I felt that they were being honest about the best service for the car. While the repair did take longer than expected, it was due mostly to how thoroughly they investigated the problem. I have driven the car for over 300 miles now, and the light hasn't come back on! I also got great advice about how to smog the car effectively, and about future service that would make the car run more efficiently and with more power. I definitely plan on taking my car back to K Tech.

Kate is extremely refreshing: patient, thorough, generous, and expertly competent. I am totally confident that she will find everything wrong with my car, and yet not push me to do anything but what is necessary for safety or mechanical longevity. Her shop is professional and friendly, and she is very generous with her time. Highly recommended.

These ladies rock! I had a problem with my truck and needed to get to Reno asap, so they stayed until 8:30pm to finish the job and do it right. From the reception down to the mechanics it was a great experience. Will definitely use again :)

K-Tech had to do extensive work to my '99 740i BMW; engine, suspension, electrical, etc. All this work was unexpected and they worked with me so I could understand the problems, the action plan, when things would happen, provided a loaner car, and, when the work was done, I was thrilled with the results.
