K-Tech gets an A+ from me!! While in Northern California on a business trip and close to 500 miles from my home, I was driving on the freeway when a warning light I had never seen before lit up my dash board. I was concerned because it was something to do with my brakes and I was worried that I could be in danger. I pulled over, did a search, and called K-Tech Automotive. It just so happened that Kate, the owner, picked up the phone and I was able to explain what was happening. Without hesitation, she quickly started gathering information about my car and based on that information was able to determine that I would be safe, and that my car would not sustain additional damage if I drove it to an auto technician close to where I was to have it looked at. Knowing that I was some distance away from her shop, not once did she try to push or convince me that I should come to her shop, but instead suggested I get to a shop that was closet to the area I was in. I don't believe I have ever had someone in the auto repair industry be so helpful and more concerned about my safety and well being vs. them making a buck. Kate took the time to really consider what was best for me and my car. I don't live in Sonoma County, but if I did, K-Tech would be the only place I would take my car!! Thank you Kate!!

K-Tech helped me keep my older, high mileage car in tip top shape. Their communications with me have always been clear and easy to understand. As a woman, I have been concerned about being taken advantage of by car repair shops, but never here. Last time I was in, i had wrecked my car. Admittedly, I was really upset. The K-tech crew took really good care of me and handled everything. I simply could not ask for more. Great shop, good location. Honest people. Awesome.

I started using k-tech, referred by a friend. I couldn't be happier. I felt the customer service was top-notch, responsive to my needs, my safety and my budget. Each time I brought my vehicles in I was able to go on a ride with a tech to 'listen' for the sound I was hearing. In every instance, i was validated and the issue was fixed. I love that it's a woman run business, and Jack the front man is great. They even call to follow up. That was a first!

Really pleased with these guys. I was stranded in Sonoma County with a dead Prius. I took it to one place and they had no idea of how to fix it after spending a day trying. From the first conversation with Robert, I was in great hands. He told me the issue while on my first call with him. Once I got there to drop off the car, they had a loaner ready for me. Hell, he even helped me move my luggage from one car to the other! Talk about service! When it came to the upgrade and replacements, they were extremely reasonable on price and charges. They also made sure it was done on time and ready for me when I arrived. I couldn't be more pleased with them. Really great job & service.

Best customer service I have ever experienced! I brought my truck in and from the time I dropped it off until I picked it up the experience was Great. The crew there went above and beyond and The repairs were performed precisley. Best shop I have ever been to!

You were very helpful and informative without pressure. You got the job done very quickly. I liked the fact that you gave me the items of suggested service list for me to go over what might have already been done. I was able to identify two services that I will not need this time. I feel very fairly treated. So thank you. PS I forgot to bring the sheet with me this morning, but will fax it tomorrow for an estimate.

Service is always pleasant at Kate's. Even with the new move, things were done timely. I appreciated hearing how Kate will fix up the reception area for customers and that I could use the wifi access.

Car went in on an emergency basis. Handled on top of a busy schedule. As always friendly, helpful and excellent.
