Well, I just had my first oil change on my new Honda CRV. I wanted to stay local and loved that KTech is woman owned. I made the appt., then got an email from Honda offering 39.00 for an oil change and tire rotation. I was surprised to find the cost of my oil change and tire rotation at your place to be 130.00. I was told my new car uses synthetic oil which costs more and maybe that's what Honda charges for a Civic or ...whatever. Anyway, I want to use you guys but also will check to see if your prices are close to dealers(they must be less, dealers are a rip!)

I will be back--the best possible review. great customer service, concern, speed. I can only assume the work is as satisfactory since I do not speak "under-the-hood". I do know my car had a much smoother drive on the way home than it did on the way to the shop. thank you to all and especially to marisa for going the extra mile. liz briskin

Kate Jonasse and her staff are complete professionals. We have been so very happy with the quality of workmanship and courtious service at K-Tech, so much better than the dealer's service center. We are so impressed with K-Tech, we brought our rare 100% electric vehicle in for its maintainance program as well. Thanks Kate!

We have a love for older cars and finally found a lovely, older truck (20 years old almost, but a beauty!). New to the area, we didn't know who to go to. We looked around for some time, asked around (a lot) and were disappointed in the experiences we had with mechanics and automotive shops. Then we found K-Tech. Our new friends at K-Tech more than exceeded our expectations: they were patient, listened to our concerns carefully, were highly professional, explained what they found, gave us their recommendations and suggested options - and solved our mechanical issues quickly and as inexpensively as possible. We are delighted in every aspect. Its great to go somewhere and find competence! Thank you so much! We highly recommend you to anyone who is looking for real value.

Marissa and Kate were in touch with me multiple times to make sure I was completely informed and understood what my old truck needed. They even called another shop to facilitate getting work corrected on warranty with that shop. I felt like I could really trust these folks.

My husband and I just returened from a 2000 mile trip. The car worked just like I had hoped it would NO PROBLEMS! Thanks for the pre trip work on my old car,the kind use of a loner while you did the work and the extra time and care you put into the job. I take my VW to K Tech and have always received very thorough, honest service and have been completely pleased with every repair they have made. K Tech always takes the time to explain exactly what needs to be done to my vehicle, and provides a lot of suggestions to maintain the car's performance and life. While their prices run high, they are a specialty shop and their service is specialized as well. You get what you pay for. Expect to pay more for this level of service. My one complaint is that they often end up keeping my car for a lot longer than they originally estimate, but this seems to be a problem common to most mechanics.
