I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly you guys were able to dial in the problem, get it repaired, and get it back to me. The car runs great, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was a good experience, and I will recommend to friends and family.
Strange noises in front brakes while in downtown Sebastopol so I stopped by K-Tech (first time). Kevin kept car overnite for brake and safety check (about $62). I was told that the noises occur under certain conditions due to the type of brakepads I had gotten previously. K-Tech could replace them with a better type of pad, but I was also told that the ones I had are ok and there is no safety issue so replacement is optional. I appreciated this advice. Kevin was pleasant and informative.
