I love everything about K-Tech: their skill and car knowledge, the kindness and humor of our interactions, their willingness to work with my schedule, their customer service. I feel confident when I leave my car with K-Tech, and it's returned to me in much better shape than I left it. How wonderful to have this car service in Sebastopol.

Highly recommended, outstanding service! We've been taking our vehicles to K-Tech for service ever since we moved to the Sebastopol area several years ago. When I first bought a used EV, I was concerned about whether I'd need to go to the dealer (where we'd encountered some problems) so I was delighted to learn that K-Tech services EVs. I had service performed by K-Tech on our Leaf, for the first time since we purchased it last year. K-Tech went above and beyond with the quality of their work: expertly troubleshooting several things that appeared to be in need of repair, also fixing the pesky windshield washers (we live in the country, under lots of trees, windshield washers get stressed) and detailing the interior, exterior, tires, etc. They also helped troubleshoot our pesky Bluetooth connection between my iPhone and the Leaf by helping me delete/reinstall the Nissan Connect app.

Service was exceptional

Once again excellent service. They accommodated my schedule and car was ready to pick up right on time. I always love the interior and exterior cleaning they do. I was pleasantly surprised to see a $20 bill in my car when I got in, the mechanic found it when he was cleaning my car and left it for me. Kudos to his honesty!

They go the extra mile. Fully explain options and do their very best to fit my budget. All help including mechanics very personable and knowledgeable. My truck always looks better than when I brought it in. They also honor all their work. I am glad I found them. As a senior it is nice to know someone is not out to rip you off.
