The service is thorough.
It was decent. They helped me diagnose what was wrong with my car. But it was a little out of my price range. Good customer service though. And they helped me figure it out right away.

Customer service and technicians are the best! I love Ktech and always get my car serviced here. It is sad that a previous disgruntled employee is posting nasty comments on Nextdoor.
