In less than one day, I was told what was wrong with my car and their price to fix it. Also, they provided additional diagnostic details that was worth replacement/repair consideration. While my car was in their garage, I received a daily update on the repairs and an estimate of percentage of completion.

I happened to be in Sebastopol when an engine light came on in my Audi. I found this repair shop online and decided to go there without an appointment. The general manager, Jenn came out to me and asked if I needed help. I told her what the issue was and she immediately grabbed a diagnostic machine and ran a test on my can. She explained that the turbo system was coming up with a error code. She indicated that it was real important to have it checked. I agreed and left my car in capable hands. K Tech kept me informed of everything that needed to be done. The service was impeccable. Monica is an absolute sweetheart. She called everyday to let me know the progress on my vehicle. I would recommend KTech to everyone that owns an Audi. Thanks for everything. They will be handling all my service needs from now on

This was my second time to use their service and just as the first one, it was splendid! They are super friendly and professional. The first time I went there, my mechanic lady explained the problem to me over and over again because I didn't understand it clearly. She was so patient with me - I probably made her repeat the same thing a few times. And she didn't charge (!!) because it was a minor problem (a tire pressure?) and she has done this in less than 5 minutes. In what world is it possible?? The 2nd time was for regular maintenance, their version was well above what the dealer usually did. They did thorough inspection AND took 5-6 photos from every angle possible AND they sent them in PDF via email, AND they cleaned the interior of my car like a hotel room. They made my nightmarish years of dealing with the dealer, mechanics, craigslist etc GONE. I so respect the company for thriving in traditionally men's field. I'm new in town but this is a rare-find company and I don't want to move because of them.
