I researched places to take my car and stumbled upon K-tech. The front desk person Olivia was helping me. She was very sweet and busy. In between helping me the phone was ringing off the hook I was amazed at the amount of information that was provided for future maint. My car was a gift ( older car) so i had no idea the actual repairs needed. K tech gives me full access of how my car looks and is performing. They provided documented pictures and recommendations for what needs to be done and the priority issues needing most urgent attention. I have never been so excited to get repairs done on a car before. I ll update once i have more work done than and inspection and oil change.
They fit me in when I was desperate taking a lot of worry off my mind. K-Tec stands by their work - trust me on that.
I love K-Tech! Right in town. Loaner vehicle when you need one. You go over and beyond just a simple oil change, and I love that you are woman-owned and managed. Amazing! The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Customers are treated like family. They care about the community and are in the business of helping people, fair business, and doing right work. They are honest, sincere, thorough, and overall amazingly good humans! I have anxiety, and I can be a "difficult customer" sometimes. I am so impressed by how compassionate and supportive they are consistently. I feel confident in their work and have continued to bring my car there for maintenance and major repairs for several years now. A wonderful place just like home. Thank you K-tech!
