I was very impressed with my first time experience at K-Tech. I needed a place to only have my oil changed in Sebastopol and wow. The amount of work done to my truck and use of a loaner, I was totally surprised at the service, and very grateful to the front desk to the service done. Top notch and thorough. This was my first experience with K-Tech and I must say it was a great one! It's the first time I've been sent pictures of the work that needed doing, no surprises, all above board. The office staff was friendly and welcoming ( thanks Olivia).I was provided with a loaner car which made the whole experience that much nicer.I've always taken my car to a dealership but I think K-Tech will be my new repair shop from now on.
