My Lexus died on me last Thursday evening. I had to leave it overnight and in the AM got it towed to K-Tech. I was totally impressed with the service. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue (alternator) the same day. Plus they gave me a comprehensive printout of the safety check they performed.
I had a great experience with K-Tech today. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. They did my oil change and inspection in less than 30 minutes, and I enjoyed waiting on the benches talking with Monica the office person. They didn't try to sell me on any products and services. Great people. I will become a regular customer.
