Once again, outstanding service! Monica went above and beyond to get a used replacement passenger side mirror for our 2013 Honda Fit at a great price. And the mechanics had it installed, working and ready to go in 30 minutes or so. Can't asked for better than that.
My Lexus died on me last Thursday evening. I had to leave it overnight and in the AM got it towed to K-Tech. I was totally impressed with the service. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue (alternator) the same day. Plus they gave me a comprehensive printout of the safety check they performed.

They did my oil change and inspection in less than 30 minutes, and I enjoyed waiting on the benches talking with Monica the office person. They didn't try to sell me on any products and services. Great people. I will become a regular customer.
