I had my oil changed about a month ago at another auto place in Santa Rosa, I asked them to check my brakes because I had heard a squealing noise. They checked them and told me I had about 30% brake pad left on my rear brakes and not to worry. About a week or so later the noise got worse. It sounded like a grinding noise - metal to metal. I called around to several auto shops and the only place that would get me in the same day was K-TECH. Jack, the service manager sounded genuinely concerned when I told him about the noise I was hearing. I took my truck in, they looked at it and told me it was a dangerous situation. I had them order the parts and they replaced my brakes and routers the next day. They were super friendly and efficient. Jack called me a week after K-TECH replaced my brakes to see if I was experiencing any issues. He asked me to call him within the next couple of days and let him know how the brakes are working. K-TECH knows CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Something that I think many of today's businesses lack. I will definitely take my truck to K-Tech again and recommend them to my friends and family.

I can not recommend K-Tech Automotive highly enough. I have lived in the Sonoma County area for over 20 years and never have I met a more honest and professional automotive specialist as Kate. Kate and her staff always take the time to explain any problem I may be having with my car and recommend the best solution for getting the problem fixed!

Kate personally helped me with my Mercedes. It turns out I was low on transmission fluid. Once she added some, the car's performance improved dramatically. This was such a positive experience. Better than I've ever had with any other auto shop.

As a 40 year resident of Sonoma County I have had numerous experiences with auto repair shops. Some have been pretty poor, some adequate but NONE as professional, competent and customer oriented as K-tech
I've taken my 2002 camry and 1984 toyota pickup to K-tech for major engine work and simple oil changes. Recently when my nephew's Subaru required major engine service I sent him to K-tech where I observed that the staff again went out of their way to keep cost down and yet do an excellent repair.
Don't waste your time hunting for an excellent auto repair shop. K-tech is it.
